Care With Love recently held an engaging training day at Fairfax Country Club that fostered stronger team bonds and better communication. The day included learning from the DISC analysis tool and unveiling insights about each team member. Participants also shared their hidden talents and unique qualities, creating a more profound sense of camaraderie. The team brainstormed ideas for what they love about Care With Love, as well as potential areas for enhancement, organizing them into actionable categories. This collaborative effort culminated in a structured action plan for continuous improvement. To wrap up the productive day, an enjoyable activity allowed everyone to share their key takeaways and newfound perspectives. The day ended with a lovely dinner where the employee’s families were also invited.
