Care With Love took care of Dad for his last months and is still taking care of Mom. I have only the best things to say about the staff – both the coordinating team and our beloved caregiver. CWL has hit upon a system that truly works well for our family and for Dad and Mom. They have a team that is always on duty, quickly responsive and always knows what the others have communicated. So as the main family member caregiver I can reach out to the team knowing that whatever I am conveying or asking will be handled in the best way. They also have minimum requirements and higher charges for the caregivers that have assured an extraordinarily high quality and consistency of care. When I tried other companies with fewer hours and lower charges, I ended up with frequent caregiver changes, lack of training and lack of admin coordination. CWL’s system has freed me up to spend more quality time with my parents while also being able to attend to my work and the rest of my family and to take care of myself – all with confidence in the quality of care for my parents.
