O’Connell Mary

In January my 85 year old sister suffered a bad fall. She was in the hospital for nearly a week and when she returned to the senior living facility where she lives, we hired Care with Love to provide her with 24 hour care. We had previously worked with a different company and were not happy with them, but Care with Love was superb. The caregivers were well trained. They were good communicators. They were patient and positive. Yes, they were also quite expensive, and it will be important to get that straight from the outset. That said, the administrators answer the phone immediately and are extremely knowledgeable. They also worked hard to make sure we had coverage through the terrible snow and ice conditions we were facing.
Good news is that my sister is doing much better. Care with Love clearly played a big role in the that outcome.
