Intake and Staffing Manager

Nicole J. Cleveland is a graduate of the University of Florida. She has been working in the health and wellness industry since 2005. She began her career in medical administration in 2010 and has been working in Home Health for the past three years with an emphasis on patient care coordination. She is passionate about patient care and providing the best outcomes and seamless care for patients and their families from admission to service discharge. In her free time, Nicole enjoys gardening, canning her harvest, and exercising. She believes that providing the best possible care to patients and their families makes the biggest difference for not only the family but the community at large.
