Mandy Gordon

Care Advisor

Mandy is a Care Advisor at Care with LOVE, with over 29 years of experience in wellness and healthcare. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science at James Madison University, where she is studying Healthcare Leadership and Human Resource Development, with plans to graduate in May 2026.

She spent the first 20 years of her career in personal wellness before finding her true passion serving the geriatric population. For the past 9 years, Mandy has worked closely with older adults and their families, helping them navigate care options and access resources so they can age in place with dignity.

Outside of work, Mandy stays busy with her three kids, she enjoys outdoor time, walking her rescue dog, and date night with her husband of 17 years.
