Kelly Serio

Account Manager (RVA)

Kelly has a strong background in senior living and hospitality. She graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management and began her career as a server in an independent living community. From there, she advanced through a variety of roles, most recently serving as an Executive Director of an assisted living community, where she developed a deep passion for supporting both residents and care teams.

Originally from Lynchburg, Virginia, Kelly now lives in Richmond with her goldendoodle, Zoe. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, going for walks, and spending quality time with friends.
