Caregiver Appreciation Week
During this month, Care With Love embraced the opportunity to honor our dedicated caregivers and commemorate their unwavering commitment by holding a “Caregivers Appreciation Week” event. Our primary objective was to show our profound appreciation through both words and deeds. To mark this occasion, we recognized and rewarded caregivers for their Length of Service, Top Shout-outs, and Full-Time Hours, while also announcing upcoming incentives and bonuses.
We seized the moment to showcase the supplementary training programs we offer. Our celebration included an assortment of treats, and we even made popcorn and cotton candy together. As a symbolic activity to inspire our collective vision for Care With Love, we each planted a succulent plant, symbolizing the growth of our organization with Love and Care.
Furthermore, all participants had the chance to enter a drawing, with the opportunity for two caregivers to win complimentary CWL embroidered scrubs. To conclude this memorable day, each caregiver received a thoughtfully curated goody bag along with a heartfelt note with the message, ‘Caregivers are Lifesavers!’ along with several other token expressions of appreciation.
