Co-Owner

Wes Michaels founded Care with Love several years ago with his wife, Nefr Michaels. Wes is a Mechanical Engineer and also has an MBA from the American University. He is IASSC Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and ITIL certified. He has vast experience in management and consultant work with both multinational and small companies including, Xerox, Schneider and eBenefits. Wes has two adult sons; with whom he enjoys hiking, playing squash and boating. In his free time, he finds great joy in fixing cars and doing woodwork. He has always been passionate about servicing at his church and feels honored to serve in different ministries. He strongly believes that we are born for a purpose and we are here to serve others.
