How much space do I need for this office?
Ideally you will need between 150 and 200 sq. ft. of office space. We will help you evaluate options for your office.
How long does it take to start up my Care with LOVE office?
You should be able to launch in as few as 1-3 months, as soon as you complete pre-opening steps and training, and acquire any licenses and certifications to provide care.
Can I own more than one office and territory?
Yes. We believe some owners will operate multiple offices in extended territories. We offer discounts on initial franchise fees for owners who commit up front to additional territories.
Do I have to be an owner operator?
Yes, we want our owners involved. An RN must be on staff unless the owner has this education and training. You may hire an RN, adding caregivers, CNAs, and home health aides to provide a comprehensive care. Many non-medical owners will manage the staff, while focusing on marketing and business development.
How many employees are needed to operate the Care with LOVE business?
Typically between 1 and 2 employees to start, depending on licensing of staff.
How much will the business make in a year?
We will be able to share our Financial Performance Representation, called an "Item 19" in our Franchise Disclosure Document, which highlights affiliate performance and history. This can be a useful tool to help you evaluate the revenue potential for your Care with LOVE business.
