Home Health Care Administrator

Llena Sta.Ana is a Registered Nurse and a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.

She has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare and has held many positions. She was the unit-based educator at Providence Hospital. She held different positions in nursing homes; she worked as director of education, infection control nurse, and quality assurance nurse, nursing supervisor, employee health nurse, staff educator, director of nursing and administrator. She has taught LPN programs, CNA and RN programs in DC and Virginia.

Llena has a passion for teaching. She loves learning and sharing what she loves. When she is not working, Llena enjoys spending time with her three children. She is long time believer of the phrase “Talent means nothing, while experience, acquired in humility and with hard work means everything.”
